一．水果进口报关需要办理以下资料和手续：

1、境外发货人或其代理人公司备案，需要其在进口海关办理；
2、国内收货人抬头备案，需要在我国海关办理备案手续；
3、官方产地证，需要国外客人提供；
4、官方卫生证需要国外客人提供；
5、食品标签备案，需要在当地检验检疫局办理；
6、提单。

I.The following information and procedures are required for fruit import declaration:
1. The overseas consignor or its agent company shall go through the formalities at the import customs for filing;
2. The domestic consignee shall go through the filing formalities at the customs of our country;
3. Official certificate of origin, to be provided by foreign guests;
4. The official health certificate needs to be provided by foreign guests;
5. The filing of food labels shall be handled by the local inspection and Quarantine Bureau;
6. B / L.

二．水果进口操作流程：

1、取得水果进口许可批文，此批文需在北京食品药品监督管理局办理。
2、在进口口岸出入境检验检疫局取得中文标签备案。
3、准备资料报检取得通关单，然后报关。
4、报关通过缴税之后在商检局领取CIQ方可上架销售。

II、 Operation flow of fruit import:
1. Obtain the approval of fruit import license, which shall be handled in Beijing food and drug administration.
2. Obtain the Chinese label record in the entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the import port.
3. Prepare materials for inspection, obtain customs clearance form, and then declare customs.
4. After customs declaration and tax payment, CIQ can be obtained from the Commodity Inspection Bureau before being put on the shelves for sale.
